Yield: 6 (2oz) Pancakes
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 scoop Whey Protein powder (or any protein powder of your choice)
Mix all ingredients except for the protein powder.
Add in 1 scoop of protein powder, and mix again.
Put about 1 tsp of coconut oil onto the heated non-stick pan.
Pour in 2oz of the batter onto the pan.
Cook for 60-90 seconds.
Flip, then cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
